Finally this curriculum is designated to our teenagers; the group of 7 to 12 years old. This group are not expected to play such as little child who do the exercises in form of childish play. At this curriculum, we’ve planned the children to get familiar with the concept of winning and loosing and compete with peers. The exercises will focus on their physical readiness and promoting the physical readiness factors.
Let’s make an example;
To build up an apartment building, they must excavation, first. Then strengthening the foundation and finally build the floors.
We do the same for this group. It means we’re improving the foundation of your physical readiness by our own special patterns. Obviously, in this path we consider seriously the health of our dear youth.
The class is hold with its special fitness plays which designed for the adolescents, and our experiences showed that is extremely attractive.
